Go to Walmart marine section and purchase a portable air horn! Most of these knuckleheads are wearing headphones. Maybe after being blasted several times, they'll go away! Even if they don't, it's still payback!!!

I receive a call from this phone number every week and it wont stop. I dont answer it and would like to know how to find out who this is. I believe this is an individual person

Received a call from 999-999-9999. There was no answer when I picked up. We do not want to receive this call again or suffer any billing charges because of this call.

i never answer them either becuase i dont catch them or no ones home i always wondered who it was..but now i know i guess i just want EVER answer..creepy..

They are all incoming calls. With Verizon all incoming calls are listed as 9999999999. Incoming calls are always blocked from being viewed with any plan and any phone regardless of who you are. Has to do with privacy issues I assume.

You guys and your crazy made up stories. So funny. Calls made from a T-1 phone system show up as 99999999. These include hand dialed calls, as well as calls made on an auto call program. Data can be sent through T-11 systems, too. The bottom line is it's not a secret tracker of your calls, or any secret program. The call does not cost you money. It's probably just a pesky telemarketer.
