Call went to voice mail. Caller in altered voice claimed that my name and social security number had been involved in a crime and to call this number before "we begin with legal proceedings." Syntax did not appear that of a native speaker of English.

Got a text message stating that my checking balance has dropped to zero. With the actual name of my bank listed. And another account from the same bank showing the exact amount in that account. I am notifying the bank Unknow

The solicitors have used profanity with the consumer and have called before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m. Consumer's number is not on the NDNC registry.
