Yes, this is a weird robot call. Govt agencies should trace and fix this annoying spammer. Sure, a lot older people will fall for this. Criminals are within the USA. Don't know why phone companies are not tracing the call origination.

Left voicemail from a recording stating to call back asap before they begin with legal proceedings.

Received call - No name. Left a silent voice mail for 8 seconds. Probably a scam. I am not familiar with the number.

This number called me and identified herself as "Amber with the Social Security Disability Office".
Social Security Scam. Have called my phone and left voicemails 5 times in the past 2 hours.
