Spam just block them

The first time they have called was for a student loan now requesting my social security number so I hung up on them. Then called again stating they have suspended my social security number.

Scammer sent text message with this as the callback number.

Call to my mobile on 12/10 about 0935. Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. No message was left.

Consumer is stating he received a call from someone posing to be from Publishers Clearing House, they told him he had won a car and money but he first had to pay 500 dollars.
