Is a scam call comes in as invalid number

This message is unclear at beginning, saying they will debit my bank account directly for $899.95. For what, I don't know. They say to call back that number for technical support to cancel subscription.

Random unknown number. They called and did not leave a message. I don't know anyone in 615 area code. Most likely a scam, I'm not returning the call since they didn't bother leaving a voicemail.
