I receive many calls with the same starting number 03911***** and they are all telemarketing people very annoying. After receiving and spoken to all of them, I now decided to block calls starting with 03911 and now I can get the peace I deserve.

The same thing. I was suspicious. Handsome guy active on WhatsApp communicator. Seems to be nice. He tells about his ex wife who took his money etc. Avoid. Scam suspicion

I'm assuming this is some kind of spam caller - I can't be sure though as I don't speak what I'm guessing was Japanese.

Was contacted by this number saying it was the FBI. A file was opened say I called a Doctor a fraud, a liar and a scammer. Doctors first name had a capital letter starting it and the last name was non capital.
