This number phones me 2-3 times a day. I have blocked the number so rolls over to voicemail, but irritating none-the-less.

No. This is a fake number. She texted me saying I called her when I hadnt. Refused to tell me her name and showed me a screenshot of my number on her phone.

This call said they were from Social Security Admin calling about fraud on my account. It is my understanding Social Security Admin does not call you about such matters.
