Says she is on a recorded line. Very cordial. When I ask who she is calling to speak with, she asks how I am today. When I ask the purpose of call, she hangs up. Never asks for me by name.

The called stated that I used my Social Security number in a fraudulent matter and it was going to be suspended. Also stated that I’ll be arrested

Same here. I didn't answer because caller ID alerted me as spam risk. Just keep an eye on your accounts.

CID = name hidden. No message left. Typical tactic of a SCAMMER. No name associated with the number. Clear violation of the National Do Not Call registry.
