I received the same call how I got a $9000 grant. I could tell from the get go it was a scam. The number that called me was unknown.

Sent a text message about serving papers from my county gave another number to contact for a 1 hour hold! Scam scam scam

Didn't answer but called it back and my carrier message was "call cannot be completed as dialed". Would guess another spammer.
