Male identifies himself as Sam although he has a heavy accent, Pakistani or Indian.

This is the fifth call I have received from them using two different spam numbers.

Keeps calling cell phone with a recorded message and will not stop and being asked repeatedly

Consumer has not resonded to the call.

Don't know if it's a recorded call or not b/c when I answered, no one said anything & it hung up.

Please do what you can to shut down this ring of thieves.

Left no message; tried to call number back; would ring once and disconnect. No way this is a legit organization or number.

Scammer. Called yelling at my mother in law saying she owed money on a gas cc and they were going to cut off her bank card. Also they were coming to arrest her.

Everyday we are getting unsolisted calls.

Call is a recorded message "You won a cruise!". Company name not mentioned and no way to remove from list. Calls back receive busy response.

THey have called me 5 times within the last 5 minutes.

The voicemail says they are Social Security, but I have my doubts.
