I, like others, received this scam phone message about calling them back or I would have to appear before the magistrate or my social security number would be frozen.

This number calls at least twice a day and I am on the Do No Call list. I have them blocked on my cell and they are still able to leave a msg. It's automated about calling to get a refund. No way is that the case.
