Scam web site message saying it is Microsoft, your system is infected, and to call the number for help. Microsoft doesn't care about you or your system. They will never contact or warn you.

I have been called by this number telling me that I have to pay $399 to keep my subscription with the company going.

Yesterday they called me almost every hour! The about pharmacy and diabetic needs. I called back and selected #2 to have the calls stop. I blocked the number but they still call.

The said she was a collection company. She wanted my checking account number or debt number. I would not give out. I asked where she was located and she said Kansas yet the number was in Georgia.

They want to lower my interest rates due to my excellent payment history. This is the final attempt to reach me. Yeah....right!

There are over 1000 complaints listed on this number and many say they are on the do not call list.

Found missed call list. Caller ID says Portfolio Recovery. I've never heard of this outfit. From other comments, this looks like a scam.
