I have not been able to ask this company to stop calling because when I answer there is not a live person or a robot there.

I've asked them to remove me from their lists in the past.

They use many different numbers to call so I know it is a telemarketing company because the recorded message is exactly the same in the same person's voice.

The person had a foreign accent, most likely Indian.

This number contacted us for a ransom for our missing family member. They said they were going to kill our family member if we didn't send them money in 5 days.

Indian from India calling himself "Martin", hardly speaks English asking questions and providing personal information about me when I answered. Terminated the call immediately.

this was a pre-recorded message suggesting that I need to contact them regarding my credit card to lower my rates, and I do nat have any credit cards.

They also called on 12/23/13 @ 3:58pm, 12/21/13 @ 2:13pm and 12/19/13 @ 5:27pm

Voicemail stating my car warranty needs to be renewed. To call them back. I do not have a car warranty.

I think they "butt dialed" me. Left a voice mail of 3 minutes of them talking in the background. Some foreign accent sounded Indian. Couldn't make out a word...fast speaking...soft...not talking to the phone they called me with.

My number is a government-owned number (CDC).

Called and left no message. I blocked my number and called back. Went straight to a recording that my call was important and wait for the next available agent. But no one ever came on the line.
