There was a ringing sound like the phone was being sent to a call center. Then a male voice saying "Hello" over and over before he hung up. My research showed this is a scam or robocall.

Says its the Social Security Admin and they're proceeding with legal action against me.

Has called over a dozen (12) times since the second week of November. Never leaves a voicemail. I live in the same state however, do not know anyone that may live in Lake City.
