Definitely spam... I have received this call three times in the last week, stating that is the Social Security Administration. Looking at the previous messages I would have to assume that this is spam.

My Caller ID says the number is in Charlestown, NH from a Jacquelyn Orr.White pages says number is in Nashua, NH.

They call and ask what your debt is in student loans. When I asked who they were looking for they hung up on me. This is a scam. When you call the number back it says its not in service.
They were trying to sell something to senior citizens.
