visa scam says unathorized charge then wants your number

Heavy breathing, knew my name, but I didn't say it was me. Asked their name, no reply. I hung up. Got a call back and made up some conversation then blocked the caller. Creepy for sure. What the heck!

This number called at 7:45 a.m. today stating it is the Soc. Sec. Adm. and there is a problem with my Social Security Number and they need to talk to me.

3 missed calls from this number on 11/29. I have answered before and got the same google message as the post above. It has been going on for MONTHS. Not sure how to stop it as they call from different numbers all the time.
