Telemarketer for vehicle warranty

Called a few times recently, left no message, but I've been getting those Google listing spam calls from other numbers, so this was probably the same.

It asked me to dial 3 if I was not interested which I did.

When I asked why I receiving a call when I am on the do not call list, they said they would remove my name.

Consumer has been receving phone calls from US Pharmacy offering prescription pills.

The time of the call is unsettling.

My experience was the same. Claimed to be Va. Power, but I don't have a Va Power Account. Not in their service area.

What little message was left was to call a number and if ignored will be taken as non-appearance. If this is a court related matter, the court will send a letter, not call you.

This company has called at least a dozen times in the last couple of months.

The caller uses a roto-dialer which I cannot respond to.

After several times of calling them back to say that Robert Bricker has not lived here since 2005, they told me that they have the right to contact me.
