Said they were from Microsoft and I would automatically be billed $250.00 for renewal for security service. I do not have any security services with Microsoft.
I answered the phone and said hello 3 times and still no response. Then I hung up.

This company calls using the area code of 620 and when you do not answer they call using a different area code.
Received many calls. They all start out "This is your second and final notice.". This one came in at 10:19 AM. There is no way to tell them to stop calling.
Called - Not in Service - I blocked it :)
