This is a scam phone call

Same ***y as terrible 951 calls I've been getting for a very long time now and they just won't stop. They call every single day at around 9:30 a m. You try to call it back and it says call cannot be completed.

Phone carrier identified this caller as Potential Spam and a RoboCaller.
