This is a scam. Do not return call and block the number. It is a growing part of a scam telling you that your ssn has been blocked because of criminal activity. They have had success so they continue. Do not be a victim of this bs

The call is an electronic voice saying there is some suspicious activity with my social security number. It is clearly a scan as if there was an actual person would notify the person.
