This is some kind of Chinese scam, I don't speak Chinese but the first few words are in English. A recurring problem on different numbers.

Poor quality recorded call that said it was "Bank of America." At best, it's spam. At worst, it's phishing.

T-Mobile Spam Blocker identified the call is SCAM LIKELY. It rapidly redialed my phone 5x and was blocked each time.

Individual using the DHL name for fraudulent purposes. Auto dialer language in Chinese. Press 9 to speak with a person. This individual also speaks Chinese. When asked to please stop calling, the Chinese speaker replied in Spanish language.
