Let incoming call go to my voice mail box, then called number back out of curiosity... call system voice said "Welcome to The Fund Center, we are unable to take your call at this time."

My phone number is on the do not call list and this is a unrecognized number with no caller ID displayed. I did not answer. I believe this was a scam/spam/robo call.

Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached a generic telemarketer greeting.
They call me 3 or 4 times a day. If I don't recognize a number, I don't answer it. I doubt it's gonna be Michael Anthony with a cashier's check for one million dollars.

I received a computerized message in length of about 32 seconds regarding giving a federal badge number and asking me to call back or there would be enforcement action by the US treasury and against my social security number.
