I got a phone call from this number 087-310-7556 just now, tried answering but they said nothing

This number 0873107556 keep callin me from early today. Its a quiet call may be for five seconds and then cut. LOOK MAN I DON'T WANT TO WHO YOU ARE AND I DON'T HAVE WhAT YOU WANT so PLEASE BUDDY JUST FORGET ABOUT DIALLIN MY NUMBER AGAIN

Got a call with a noisy background from Ellite Mobile they said I QUALIFY for contract phone gave them my bank details they say call is recorded next thing i am getting this call from 0873107556 but i never answered it .On 29 June 2012 an amount of R299.99 was debited from my account by SA Holidays without my consent.I then went to the bank they told me i should call J Martin from Mercantile E Bureau on 0113020478.They said it is not them they i should call Actual Group on 0310011001 they also do not know anything about this.This is only a scam i learned this the hard way and it all started with Ellite Mobile.

Just received a call from this number. Seemed that there were connection problems. Think it might be Elite Mobile since my previous cellphone contract were through them. Very irritating thought.

My sister has been receiving random calls for this number 087 233 8968, and having some rude woman ask her personal questions then hang up. we tried calling back to no avail. Are these call centre people or is this a vodacom number.
