Just received a text from 1 (410) 100-001. Don't respond at all even if AT& T says so. Just block the number. It's still unclear where it's coming from

Got a text message from this number-deleted without answering.

My number is not in BC/BS data base and I received this text at 12:15 am

I too, got a text from (410) 100-002 this morning. Didn't make sense but it had my name in it. It looks like these posts are from 2015 but I'm here to say that in Nov. 2017, it's still happening. Received a text message from this number. FRM:Patti SUBJ:great news for you...then a link to a website I sent back a message to STOP! and now I'm getting text messages from other numbers asking for me to contact to make extra money daily.

I got 1 unsolicited text with an email link...I didn't think much of it til I got home and looked up the area code and found this site first...oh boy, that gives me hope...so I replied "STOP" and have since blocked the caller but after that I immediately got a long message from the same number, with the exception that this one ending in a "2" instead of a "1"These 7 consecutive messages (all in one sms so don't know if this is legit or all!) 12/04/2017 Got a text message on the cell phone from 1410100001 with a link to click on. Did not do so, looked up phone number with DuckDuckGo search engine(they don't track you). Reports indicate this number has been used by scammers for years.
