I got a message and I didnt know what it was I thought it was an AT& T thingy so I clicked on the link and some kinda money thing showed up when I clicked on it...I exited out of it and reported the number, my only worry is that did someone hack into my phone now? what should I do?

Said i had won pch sweepstakes, blocked the number and then deleted said my cell phone has won wanted my name and address sent to an email address. More crooks now on the cell phones
