Indian accent..Said from a pharmacy and ask for $100 on a credit card

Indian accent asked "I am calling about the medications. Which ones do you want?!"HANG UP & BLOCK!

Just got a call as well but didn't answer it since we no longer answer the landline for any call we are not 100% it's someone we know/do business with/provide a service we use. If so, they can leave a message. But these pharmaceutical sales have been going on for over 10 years. In 2005, a man with a heavy Indian accent called for my husband, who was at work. When I asked if there was a message, he told me he was my husband's doctor and it was about a "personal, medical issue" that he only had "permission to discuss" with my husband. When I persisted to get more information, I kept getting the same answer and this caller finally said he was not going to discuss it with me any further since I "didn't seem to understand" that a "private medical matter" was a "PRIVATE medical matter" and just because I am his wife doesn't entitle to me to his "private medical information" and said he'd call back "this evening" and speak to my husband. I was pretty worried that there was something serious that my husband was seeing a doctor for and not telling me. I questioned my husband the minute he got in the door about this and he had no idea what was going on and told me that HIS doctor was an American who did not speak with any accent. The same guy called back a day or two later, on a Saturday, asking for my husband, again saying it was "his doctor", so husband took the call and heard the sales pitch, laughed at the guy and told him "bleep you!" and hung up. It was the first time we dealt with the "drug dealers" calling. They were pushing "erectile dysfunction" pills. And this IS a scam for CC information.
