This is a scam from a company claiming that they're "tech support" and that they've been receiving error messages for several weeks from your computer. What they will attempt to do is have you give permission to remotely access your PC, using an app like TeamViewer or Logmein, and then they'll look in the event viewer and claim that your PC has many issues that need repair. They'll attempt to sell you a support contract and help you fix your problems. Not only is the call fake, it may be an attempt to steal your personal information as well.
