Oh I always answer these damn things ... I lie! Not to every question, of course. It's hilarious when I see these things quoted in the news cos lots of people lie, the more we lie on these these the better off our country is.IT IS NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS. If you want to invade my privacy, you take your chances LOL!
Numbers are randomly generated into a list; that list is used until it is complete. Then another list is generated. Obviously, a random generator would not come up with the same number 8 times... isn't that obvious?
People, it is one of the most prestigious national polls conducted privately. QU is a private university in Connecticut and is prestigious in the Northeast. The QU Polling Institute operates under the university's umbrella. It is an extremely legitimate program, but if you are too busy or not interested in participating, just say so. They won't call back. You can complain all you want about being on the no-call list, but this list doesn't apply to a polling institute! Shouldn't you have checked if you are on the list? Most of these complaints are about multiple calls... if you answer once and say 'no thanks' there will not be multiple calls. It still surprises me how much people get annoyed by stupid phone calls... If you don't have the time to answer the phone, how do you have the time to complain on this site?
I got a call from Quinnipiac Univ. On 7/30 at 7:49 pm I answered cause if you don't they'll call back. I told her I never registered at any college. I'm 79 yrs. old & don't want to do any survey. It was Quinnipiac Univ.Today 8/31/09 at 4:22 p.m. I got a call from another univ. this time from Chicago, I said I didn't want to do a survey & she was very persistant.I was resting as I'm recovering from cancer surgery.How can these calls be stopped as I'm on the do not call list.
Called and I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a message

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
