keep getting calls no voice mail

A poll. A live person said my cell number was randomly selected. (Lucky me?)True, the national do-not-call registry doesn't apply here. But you'd think pollsters would use it anyway to avoid some of the people least receptive to cold calls? Just a thought....

That's what I want to know. How did they get my cell phone #. I'm really picky about who has it and never put it on the internet. The "lady" told me I was called from a random dialer. But isn't it funny..my landline gets the same call.

I keep getting annoying calls from 203-582-3050...It's always while I am eating. They should change name to "Indigestion University"! Survey says" Don't friggin' call me anymore! You want to survey my thoughts.... ...pay me first!!!! My fee is $150 per hour. But, don't call me, I'll call you, after your check clears, I'll then gladly answer all your polling questions...but only for the one hour and that includes one bathroom break. I was forced into telemarketing by the banks I worked for. Evil #$%$&%^& is the telemarketing job. You call 100 folks at home and interupt the little free time they enjoy daily, 99 hang up and curse you and the one that is willing to talk is a lonely person who enjoys the company but won't buy anything from you. Telemarketing is annoying, an invasion of privacy and a tool of the Evil One. Telemarketing should be outlawed, banned, forbidden. It sucks to be called by people who you do not want to coverse with. The end.

Thanks all - got call on my cell and live person left voicemail, wonder of wonders. Since a live person actually had the courtesy to leave a message I may even answer their questions. They may not like my answers, but that's their problem. :-D

If you have caller ID (or look at the number of who is calling you on your cell phone) & you do not recognize the number calling; just do what I do and do not answer. If they do not leave a message it was not important. If you never answer they eventually give up.

they call late on weekends--some time ago I did answer at that time they wanted to know if cigarettes should be hidden from view to protect children-- I said its the parents responsibility- which I still feel so I can assume this is a anther nit wit question as I do with the size of a soda causing obesity- yet no one questions the hormone increasing cattle growth as a factor and nothing is mentioned about the chemicals in our food(guess a certain chemical company has great lobbyist)-because chemicals in our meats here are prohibited outside the us-

these creeps must stop calling, its very annoying.
