Receive call stating I owe money case number jbs58202 giving me 24 hours

I got a call from this number today. My number is registered to the US Federal Govt. I have had this phone and number for almost 4 years. The "call' was for the person who previously used this phone. A total scam.

About one month ago this phone number 207-710-0712 called 15 to 20 times a day times 3 full weeks often before 8AM and after 9PM. After I reported this scan number the calls stopped for about 2 weeks. Now they have started up again saying they are going to arrest me and have the "legal right" to come to my residence and/or my place of employment. These calls are extremely threatening and harassing and each progressive call has an angrier sounding and more threatening voice stating "you've been forewarned before we show up there. I know thisis a scam of some sort but it is frightening to receive these calls from such an unknown party.

Female w/naisley voice called stating someone has filed a complaint against me and I must accept notification at home or place of employment; gave me a case nbr and stated I have been notified.

I received a call from this number saying it was a complaint to serve against a person they believed was in the household. I tried calling them back and was disconnected twice and spent 15 minutes on hold with no one picking up the line. No company was identified and they said on the message "You have been officially notified."

They are calling me at work. My attorney called them back . They said they are not a debt collector. My attorney told them that they were in violation of FFDCA and to cease all attempts at this number. They hung up on him. I could lose my job if they keep calling me at work.

Called left a message saying I will be given a summons either at my place of employment, good luck getting past security, and/or my home, I am armed and live on private property with no trespassing signage everywhere, bring it! The last thing the lazy person has to say, as most was recorded is "you have been officially notified" really because you didn't call my phone. Either be smarter or you're going to be sued

Everyday or every other day they call leaving a message that there is going to be criminal charges against me in my county for two counts of fraud against my social security number. My rights will be waived. Its aggravating and getting on my nerves. Filed a police report and notified better business bureau. also my husband is a lawyer.

Please. This is crazy. Anything to do with the IRS, law/court summons, Police/Sheriff's Dept or whatever crap they are selling is never delivered over the phone. If it's legitimate they will send a Certified Letter to your home or send a Process Server to your home and that someone MUST sign for the letter --- they never send an email or leave a voice mail message or inform you over the phone, especially knowing people change phone numbers like they change their socks.Do not give these crooks any information. Don't even answer or return their call. They're just trying to scare you into giving them personal information. These scammer crooks have called thousands of people and scammed some of them.
