received call and message from this number...tried to call back, but was unable to get a person on the line. this is a huge scam....I would not loose my rights if charges are filed, I would not use my own SS# to commit fraud (against myself), and if this was valid, the process server does not call and warn you they are coming. They have called using other numbers, same message and same voice, but never able to actually talk to a human. dont waste your time, file with the attorney general in your state and then just ignore the calls.

Same as most others have posted. Recording says there is fraudulent activity tied to my account. Called the # the message says to call and I got transferred to a real nasty lady who threatens to have my county sheriff come to serve me lawsuit papers and have me arrested on charges of "Defrauding a Financial Institution", "Filing False Statements", and "Breach of Contract". They claim I have a delinquent account with a company I never heard of for the amount of $12,788.42 that was supposedly opened in 1994 and went to collections in 1999.These [***] have been calling 3-5 times per day and they use so many spoofed VOIP numbers it's like playing Whack-A-Mole with call blocking. Changed phone # 3 times and even having it unlisted the [***] find the new number somehow.At this point I WISH they would just serve me the damn papers. I know they never will because then I will know who it is and I will be able to sue them for multiple violations of FDCPA (false threats of arrest, harassing phone calls, refusal to validate debt). Even if they did sue and even if this was a real debt they would use being it's 12 years past the Statute of Limitations making it a Time-Barred Debt.

Calls constantly, leaves an "intimidating" message about charges being filed against you. I have called back several times, no one answers. Finally I got a person to answer and when I confronted Mr. Jackson, he hung up on me. This # needs to be tracked down and stopped!!!!

I received a call the other day from this 207-710-0712 on my voice mail stating that I have 2 fraudulent activities associated with my social security number and that I would be served a summons at my home and my current employer contacted. I never called the number back but it did scare me so I looked up the number and saw that my intuition was right that this number is a scam so if you are reading this DO NOT call this number back, add it and any number you get called from them to your block list so they can't waste any of your time. If I knew where these guys were physically located I would press charges on them but unfortunately I can't. Again this number is a SCAM. DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK.

Keep calling from debt..it's annoying

They keep calling saying there is fraudulent activity again me.. then they said they will deliver the complaint to place of business or my residence.... this is harassment and this looser needs to be stopped....

I got a call from 207-710-0712. It scared me because I teach school. I don't need anything to interfere with my certificate. The post helped me. The call stated I had been served and that they would serve me official documentation on my job or at my residence.

Constant calls claiming warrants for my husband, he's never done anything wrong. Total scam!

I got a call from this number and when i answered a voice said I was being served at my job or residents so I looked the number up on here that's when I found out they are scam it's scared me at first but when I looked on here it's a total scam
