Repeated calls 3 + times a day to myself and my husband. Threat to serve me at home or work. Stating fraud is involved, the case number they give me can not be found in the system. I have a friend who works for the court. This is harassment. These people should be stoped.

I keep getting calls from this number with a recorded message saying that there are two charges of fraud attached to my son's name and social security number. This is the same scam that was going around last winter, After looking it up on this website I did nothing except report it to the sheriff's department, no one showed up at my door with a summons or warrant. A live person is calling from 305 222 7139 same message.Is there anyway to stop them??

Call stating I will be charged with 2 counts of fraud.

Have received the same call. Called back and finally got someone who hung up on me when I asked what the specific's are regarding this matter.
