same call as everyone else. different number then the past. these idiots made my sister go to the hospital with stress related to their calls. if it takes the rest of my life I will hunt them down!

I seen a red flag as soon as I heard the first message a month ago. First, you are using my maiden name which has been changed on my SSN for over a year now. Then you are charging me for fradulent activity using my SSN?? That makes no sense to me. No one commits a fradulent act using their OWN SSN!! And, you would need to confirm my identity has not been stolen and that some other Jack A** has not used my SSN to commit this crime. This is by far the dumbest scam I have ever seen. I keep blocking the numbers and they keep calling me on a different number. SERVE ME ALREADY!!! Oh, that's right....you don't have anything to serve because you are just a piece of garbage wanting me to fall for your SCAM!! Get a life! AND A JOB and make your OWN $$!

I managed to speak to someone. By the sound of his accent, she sounded African American.I politely told him that he had the wrong number and person, and asked if he would review his information.After being told that they had correct information, I told him that all along I've been tracing his call and have his exact coordinates. Any further calls will be dealt in a most gruesome manner that her family won't recognise her.To date (as of 3 months ago), the calls have ceased.

I've been getting the same calls as all of you. First it was from 802-284-4139 telling me I had three charges in my county, and then the story changed to two charges in my county. I blocked that number. A week or so went by and now I just got a call from the 207-710-0712 number, however, no message was left like from the other number. I immediately blocked the number. Just remember with situations like this, if you actually did have charges in the county you live in, you would hear from the Sheriff or an officer of the court, you wouldn't be getting called from another state.

Called me last week talking bout I'm being sued by a 3rd party debit collector for a online loan back in 2011 but the thing is couldn't even tell me which loan company it was! Apparently from my Bank Of America account jokes on them I haven't used Bank Of America since 2008. These ppl has to be stopped just think of how many ppl have falling victim to these [***]

grab a pay as you go non traceable cell phone and call theses sobs non stop all day long. they get very agitated and angry. give them a taste of their own medicine and tie up their phony scam lines. a laugh when they start hanging up on me!

I received a calll about summons and charges against me. I called with a case number they gave me and I was on hold forever. No one helped me. This is very fishy!!!

Called the number back..this is a collection agency that is trying to recover money that has been charged off. I told them to serve me with papers..

Got a weird automated call from 207-710-0712 stating my social security number is attached to fraudulent activity and that charges are being filed against me. If they have my phone number why haven't I received an official document from their offices, law enforcement, etc.? It sounds like these folks are phishing for folks to call them back and scam them for money. I read all the comments on this site and it sounds illegal and needs to be reported to the authorities.
