I too actually just bought a dog with a microchip in it. i wonder if this has something to do with it.. anyone else?
I haven't answered, but I keep getting calls from this number. When I called back from my cell, the message states the number is not in service. I tried from my home and there is no ring. Something very suspicious about this.
The phone rang 3 different times within 5 minutes and when I answered I was asked about owning a small dog, I said no and hung up
They asked me if I had a small dog, too. I am concerned that they tapped me into something and could use my number for calls around the world.There has to be SOME reason why they called.
Just got a call from this number. The caller id was Alen D Coeur. Didn't answer it. So I googled that and it came up with:The Coeur d'Alene Resort is a world class resort and hotel. Located on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake, The Coeur d'Alene Resort offers top of the line ...www.cdaresort.com/ They do have a phone in the 208 area code, but my guess is they don't care if you have a dog or not.
Got it here too......Second call I asked him if he had a small dog before he had a chance to ask me lol
There is some reason why this recording asks if you have a small dog. If you answer, it might activate something and you're stuck with a big bill, or something.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
