I have received several calls from (212) 448-5501 from about 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. My policy is not to answer if I can't recognize the number or the person. If it is important they should leave a message, the caller has never left a message so I figure it is not important. Even though I don't have to answer it is annoying to receive unwanted calls. How does one put their number on this entities do not call list. It appears it may be a fisher from all of the other complaints.
It's illegal to call people in the state of Massachusetts on Sunday for any reason, and to be calling at 9 on is ridiculous!! Some kind of illegal scam!!
Called about some survey. We're not interested so stop calling and harassing people. That's ok I purchase an AIRHORN for when they call again or anyone of these useless life-form calling themselves human beings. And no I won't give a god damn if I blow your eardrums. Get a reputable occupation or get a F***ing life!
Called @ 8:45 PM PT. My kids are already sleeping. This is disruptive as my kids have school the following day. Did not leave message.
Keep getting calls at night, usually after 6 PM from 212-448-5501. The calls come through on my cell phone and I never catch it in time. When I call back the number, I am told it is a non working number. If it is a non working number, why do I keep getting this calls. I need them to stop calling. I am on a do not call for house and cell phones, but that does not matter. I know I saw a report that companies are supposed to go through the do not call lists every 30 to 31 days and if the same companies, etc. calling it can be reported to the FCC.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
