It just happened to me on my work phone (in France!) called back - as I used to live in NYC - and the phone just rings and rings.

just called me. I texted it..thinkin it was my friend who recently moved to NY. but no answer and no answer when I called either.

VERY think accented indian man trying to gain access to my computer to get rid of malware. i told him i was running windows 95 and he hung up on me. SCAM!

Called this morning and told me my computer was 'pinging' them that I had a virus and they could fix it over the phone. I asked them what kind of computer I had and what software I was running.....they hung up.Total scam.

Have gotten calls the last few days. Finally called back and received a message stating "You have reached an unassigned number at ABC". Suspecting a poll of some type since we're in the midst of an election.

this number called twice the first call was about Aflac Insurance and the second was about a computer service

Called this morning to tell me there was a complaint about my windows computer. I said I do not have a windows computer and he hung up. I dialed the number back and it said it was an unassigned number at ABC.

We received a call from this number. As with the call received by one of the posters above, our call was from a man with a very thick accent (possibly Indian). I asked him to take us off his call list and he asked "why", so I told him that in this country there was a law requiring him to take us off his list if we requested it. He said that he wasn't trying to sell us anything, that it was a free service, and that he had spotted a vulnerability in our computer and was on our computer right now. I then told him that since I had his telephone number, he could expect a call from the police, since hacking into other people's computers was also illegal in this country. This phone number appears to be associated with Trask Industries, at 488 Madison Avenue, NY NY. Sure, why not.

I just got a hang up call from this phone number. This is the 3rd call so far. I pick it up and they hang up. My guess it is a BS call.

EallPlease who is this callers? They call 2nd time this week thsy claim as te h support. I know it's fake...please stop this people...
