The "Do Not Call" list for my state, Wisconsin, is worthless! I get robo call after robo call, surveys, "Rachel from Card Services" to save money on credit card interest ( a scam ) and more, all they do is call from another number. I too got a call early this a.m. from 213-289-9006, I couldn't answer as I was on another call. I tried calling their number, as I have several calls from this number on my Caller Id. They leave no message. When calling them all I get is a busy signal.

My new phone has call block.Guess who just got blocked?

Phone rang, no message left. I redialed the number and all I get is a busy signal.

Rec'd call 12/26/2011 5:08pm hung up left no message.On return call, received an intercept announcement, saying"The number you are calling is unallocated."Rec'd similar call from same number two weeks ago,.They are claiming to be the ESG Research Group (which is a legitimate company)These people are just using their (good) name.I'm sure they're up to no good, but I can't figure out what it is....
