JJ and Ebony- you need to be careful calling some of these numbers back, that is what they want you to do and they can latch on to your phone system that way. Have heard some horror stories about that.my call came in at 9:51 this morning no message. I never answer unless there is a message that I can understand or is someone I know.
I think that just gives them a good reason to keep calling, because you actually followed their instructions.Good luck I hope it isn;t so.
