I just got a call in Calgary from this number. He asked for me by name.

Just received a call from this number. Man with Indian accent asked if I planned on building a website. He knew about a specific domain name that I registered recently.

2 calls in a row that I didn't answer. No voice mail. Called back. Not a good number. Blocked now. Bye bye

Just received a call from this number.Sounded like a man (perhaps Indian) contacting me regarding a website I've recently registered. Looking to see if I required website development.Company sounded like it was called "Go Ready"

The "serious problem with Internet Explorer" sounds like a phishing scam, seeing as how microsoft would just patch any problem from a remote location without you even knowing about it... But this sounds like a "Verification Call" from the sounds of it. They only call to confirm that they have the correct number, they hang up, and they're able to sell massive amounts of verified phone numbers to telecom companies all over the world for a much higher price, telecommunication companies pay for verified numbers, some randomly generate them, and most just get them from public directories (white pages etc.) But this way is much more expedient once a company buys the numbers from these [***], they already know the numbers are correct, and they normally know exactly who to ask for and when (hince the hangups and repeated calls)... Just don't answer calls from this number for now everyone; I'll post a link to my channel/video in the morning launching an investigation and verification process (all in-video) with the BBB, OSHA, PrivacyStar, and a few other FCC affiliates. Also just a quick addendum for those of you not subscribed to the tenoshadow channel, I investigate & create callback videos for sites like 800notes, that way people can hear exactly what's waiting for them on the other end of the phone, especially with numbers like these, all by user request of course, (and so everyone gets a good feel for whatever happens to be waiting for them on the other end of the line *without* having to call back the number themselves and be subjected to possible scrutiny from the telecom oriented organizations out of spite, or just out of the way they do things etc.)... Received a call from this number and said they were from windows support. I have gotten many calls regarding this and I know it is a scam. I started just saying ok all the time and the man got very vulgar on the phone with saying you m--f--er I want to f--k you and hung up. I wish these scammers would just go back to their country and leave me alone!!

Early morning call to home phone-that is how we know it wasn't important. (People we want to talk to have our cell numbers.) Woke everyone up. Left no message.

Same number called me, he just kept saying hello, hello, hello then the guy turned it off..

Got a call from the number they say my laptop has issues but when I ask contact info they keep the phone down. They seem to hackers asking me to turn on the computer. Not sure if these are legit since they did not provide any information. What action I can take agaist them legally?
