JERKS hung up on my business answering machine. Nothing works. don't waste your time. Just don't answer.

These people are RUDE! called me a liar.My employee answered the phone and told the person to call back in five minutes (I was in the back room doing something...BUSY). The man calls back and starts yelling and calling me a liar. WTF?!?! --I just hung up on the person.Seriously, if you want business your going to need to change that attitude and get better customer service.

EVERY comment on this list as of 7/25/12 7:23PM EST I have experienced regarding all of the numbers they are calling under" 1-877-234-6979 ( the call every day 2 & 3 times a DAY) I just send them straight to voicemail.Received multple calls from 213542246324336- same thing called multiple times in same day. And today 213-542-2463 calls and ask to speak to owner, when I say she is not available to take calls today & can I ask what this is regarding, the person said "they were in town and wanted to make an appt to see the owner b/c they were writing a paper for school and wanted to ask the owner some questions about their business". When I said the owner won't be available all day, they asked if they should call back or make an appt for Thursday or Friday? I told them I wasn't sure. Then they hung up.ANNOYING!!!! I do not want another processing system, IF I did you can bet I would not take the first ones who called and annoyed me multipple times a day soliciting/harassing me for their business. WHO do these jokers think the are???

Same here. Pulled up their BBB rating. Gee, an F. Imagine that. They SHOWED up at our place of business after calling all week last week! Saying that a previous employee (who hasnt been with us for over 3 years) set up the appointment!! CREEPY!! They then called me twice afterwards demanding to speak with the owner!

I just posted on their facebook page. I suggest blasting it. I did also post that I would remove my post, when they stop calling. BTW, calling their "customer service" number, 760-448-4716, just makes them call more.

Rude,Rude,Rude! You know it is a scam when it comes thru on a line not used for our business, andfrom Los Angeles. I understand that even if your Business number is on Do No Call list, you have toupdate on a quarterly basis. I have learned to be as rude to them, but today, she got one up on me,she hung up on me before I finished my sentence. I'm ready for her next call.
