These people are lower than the mud swine bathe in. Please, do me a favor - do not ever allow anyone you know to work for a call center like this. These people have no souls, don't care about your family, your business, what you want in your life, how you want to be successful... they only care about trying to make a sale for pennies off of a transaction for an ill-fated corporation.
Thanks for the heads up. I am going through the same issues with this company. I am currently reporting their harassment to the BBB as we speak. We're generally pretty patient with telemarketers and have actually never reported anyone ever, but these people are out of control. I cannot believe the disrespect we've gotten from each person we encountered. We need to work together to make sure their abusive tactics do not continue.
Answered call because of area code. Person said he needed to speak with owner. I told him not available. He hung up. I have no idea what he wanted. I blocked.

A woman called and "axed" for the owner. I asked the woman what this in regards to. She said this was a private banking matter and she needs to talk with an owner. I told her I can't give out any info until I know what this in regards to. She said she sees we still take VISA and Matercard. I told her I can't give out any info to her.***Hang up*** Rude, uneducated and just plain stupid.
abusive and total disregard, and even after I called out the CSR on phone, he lied and said he was calling about a job! I have gotten calls from this number twice a day for the last 3 days and have gotten same line off calls, months before. Im a retailer with a brick and mortar store, and I asked for them to take me off DO NOT CALL LIST, and a different CSR will call.
Here is how I get off of the call list for these credit card processors. First, I am an "appointment ONLY" business, so my doors are not open to the public. I great these idiots nicely when they call, let them set a meeting with me and one of their "reps in my area"; then I don't show up to meet them. I have actually had 3 from same company do this before they realized I was wasting their time. They get mad and call to reconfirm and I do, just to do it all again. After these "reps" waste a couple of trips out...they make sure your name will get off of their call list ! Try it....waste their time and resources for a change !!!

They have called over 6 times back to back. I have told her I am not interested and to take my number off her list. She called back saying she is not calling a list, and my business came up. I told her I was not interested again. She has continued to call repeatedly. Not professional at all. I am fed up.
