call the phone co. that's profitting from these emeffers and file harassment charges....we also are faced with our phones becoming useless due to these incessant spam calls...

When I answered, there were a lot of loud people in the background making it difficult to hear the guy on the phone. I asked who was calling and he said Payment Solutions. He said he was calling regarding the Visa/MC debit card processing my company has. He then asked if my company was a storefront or home front. Once I told him we were not a brick-and-mortar business he said that someone would send me information (no idea what info) via email.
Called twice today. Phone number is visible but caller ID shows Unavailable. First time told them we were not interested. And second time, nervy jerk called back and said: " I don't think you understood the reason for our call." Got very annoyed with him. Aggressive morons.
I just received my 2nd call of the day...exactly 5 hours after my previous. "Jennifer" asked to speak to the owner (me). The background noise was extremely loud with people talking and yelling. I told her I received a call already today and she proceeded to tell me my name was still in their database and doesn't know why it would be there if I received a call. She then tried to tell me that "Mike Hunt" (funny when we were in jr. high) had an appointment with me tomorrow at 1:00pm. I said I was not interested in their service and she said they were not selling a service. I hung up and within 10 seconds, she called back and apologized because her "wheelchair rolled over the phone cord and disconnected us." I immediately told her to remove my name/phone number from their database and hung up.
this company will not quit calling even after telling them several times to take us off their call list. they call 5 minutes apart and are very rude.
I have never been treated so horribly in my life. Got called a crack W****, B****, told me "you so dumb" asked if i got knocked up when i was 13, and the list goes on and on. Worst phone call i have EVER received, and to think they want our business. Everyone needs to report them to try and get them to stop harassing people who have real jobs.
Just like everyone else on this list, we have been getting harassing calls from 213-542-2463. When they called the first time, they were told we were not interested in their service and please don't call back. Now they have made it their mission to call us every 30 minutes. They don't say the name of the company at the beginning of the call like they are supposed to and when asked to speak to a supervisor, they either hang up on you or get belligerent. The company name on the internet is Payment Systems Corp and the legal phone number is 888-892-5041 our of Los Angeles. They are disrupting my business and I want it to stop! Why can't somebody do something about these creeps!
This company calls at least once everyday to our business. Since day one, they always would ask if someone would be at the business the following day to "drop by" and talk about their services. Every time I would request in a pleasant way to be taken off of their list and that we are satisfied with our current service. Each person I spoke to would constantly ignore my request and keep trying to get information out of me. Within the last week, I have stopped using my professional side with them, as I am running a business and need my phone lines open. Found this site today to try and get some more information, and thank you to all who have posted the Customer Service number. I spoke to a man named Chris who gave me a different number to have my business removed. This number is (760) 488-4716 they ask for business name, city and state and phone number. I gave only the phone number of the line they keep calling, this way they cannot obtain any more information. Hope this helps others who continue to be harassed.
The individuals calling from this company are rude and aggressive and will call multiple times within a short time period making it difficult to conduct business. When asked to be taken off their calling list they say they do not have one and when asked to stop calling they just continue to do so.
