I also had the caller call back 7 times. 1st time I said, "we are not interested. Thank you." 2nd time, he asked "what are you not interested in?" I said, "we are not going to accept your call. Please do not call back." He called back 6 more times. I just kept placing him on hold. :}

"Mike" with various last names decided to call and harass us this morning-so fun. Do these merchant services companies really think we would even THINK about doing business with such a RUDE and ARROGANT business?? I think not. This one pretended to be a long lost friend at first...what a bunch of unprofessional crooks.

Called 3 times, would not give me her phone number, so I *69 it and got the number and called and told them to take us off the list or I would prosecute, will keep you posted.

Same as above. Caller said my address qualifies for a corporate benefits package. I asked to be taken off their calling list. She said "what list?" I said whatever list you're calling from, obviously there's a list. She said not necessarily. I said ok just remove me from wherever you're getting my number and she hung up.

These ppl called our office, DEMANDING the owner, I stated the owner does not come to this office, that is why I am in charge, she told me it was a personal matter and that they were calling from our bank. Our bank would leave a message, they would not. She even had the nerve to tell me I was RUDE. So we searched them on here, only to find out they are not the bank, rather a lyin [***] telemarketer. We too are on a DO NOT CALL LIST. how do we make them stop harassing us?

Mike Star called my business. Said he called 3 years ago and we still were in same location. So if he knows my business and has done work with me, why did he ask if the owner was in and if "HE" was available. I have been in business 17 years and as far as I personally and intimately know I have always been a "SHE". I told him he did not know who he was dealing with and did not know the business owner, because HE was dead. Sexist s.o.b. Then he told me to be blessed, I figure I already am because I am not stupid enough to fall for that nonsense. I did call 213-543-2463 back to inform them about the sexist attitude Mike Star had . I got through to an answering machine for Blake Donner. I did leave a message of how unappreciated the assumption of a business owner must be a "HE"was.

We have been receiving calls from this company and have told them we are not interested a few times now. The person (Mr. Martinez) has been extremely rude to myself, our secretary and one other employee we have here. We are not interested in doing business with this company and would like our name to be removed from any type of list this company has our business under.

have received three calls from this number in the past two days. first time I ignored it, second time I answered and asked to be removed to which the person responded, 'ok'. I asked the same thing of the third call today and the woman on the other end was rude to me. I do not handle this well, and shot back. I think she was surprised that I gave her a response other than a hang up. She said she would remove me, but after reading the other posts here, I doubt it will happen.

Please let me know if this works, we do not want to deal with these people.

Try this next time. "I can set up an appointment for my boss. What is your credit card number? Oh I need that to bill for the appointment. I know your time is important but he wont make an appointment without a prepaid time. Well if you wont give me a card to charge for his time you wont be able to see him. Thank you for your call."Then just hang up.... It's funny.....
