same here i got a call at 1039 and no voivemail and when i called them back all it said was leave a message no ring or anything

I too have a Sprint Iphone and received a call from this same number just yesterday. I didn't answer.

I keep getting blank text messages for the past 4 weeks from 865-6696 and no area code. If I try and text it back I get a +1 (1) (216) 116-11.

I get them 2-3 times a day even tho I have stated plainly not to call my number. There's no area code but from what I see on the SPRINT website, you can't block it anyway. It is extremely annoying!

This is Premier Card Bank calling or so they claim to be them. I told them to go [***] themselves when t hey called me.They still call and I still tell them to go [***] themselves.I have the Sprint Iphone 5 64 gbI have two credit cards with Premier card bank and they are not in jeopardy so that is why I tell the person calling me from this number to go [***] themselves

I just googled this because same thing with both those numbers i keep getting calls, normally i dont pick up, this time i did on the 865-6696, some guy sounded odd with an accent, said is this "my name", i said who's this...without answering, he said "my name right"... i just hung up.

I just received a call from this number like 5 minutes ago while I was on the phone with someone. I didn't call back, though. Thank goodness after reading these he sounds like a creep

I've had an iPhone4 with Sprint since July.

Sarah...I can't believe that this Telemarketer had the gall to speak to you like that. Well done calling his bluff. Very impressive.

It's not the actual number that's calling you. If you try to call it back, it just replicates whatever area code you're using. It's a redirect from an automated machine that calls you, then puts you in touch with a telemarketer at their toll free line. Best thing to do is go to the attorney general site and sign up for the do not call list.
