I just got two calls, one I did not answer, weird # 7748283686237, no spaces and then right after I got the calll from 865-6696, no Area Code, weird guy on the other end, could barely understand him, I hung up. Where can we report this, sucks when you have a smart phone and you know your info is on phone.

Got called 9 times from this number on cell.

865-6696 showed up on my cell phone without an area code. My cell has a 770 area code from GA where I used to live. I have Verizon.

I also get there calls all the time and they are after me for money I am getting tried of it everyday when I am at work they call me up like six times and it is driving me nuts

I got an iPhone 4s and so does my girl now if I call her and she answers and nada but when I call again while the first call is in progress, my number comes out 8656696 or whatever it is , my phone tapped ? Any comments or if anyone knows bout this email me at bobocastaneda@me.com Thanx

This morning I woke up to a guy with a australian accent calling me from 865-6696. He was looking for the guy who used to have this number but I told him I had recEntly got sprint and they gave me this number. Has anyone else kept getting people calling them for the past people who used to have that number? Bc weird enough it seems like sprint gives out numbers of People who just stopped usin sprint. It gets rly annoying. Thank god my boyfriend had an app to figure out who last had my new number.

I get an unknown 865-6696 and it hangs up and when you try to call back, it is disconnected.

I to get calls from this number on my new Iphone 4s from sprint. It doesn't have an area code shown before it usually, so I tend to assume that it is local number. When I call back local number with this area code it says that the number doesn't exist. I get Never had any problems with my "dumb" phone before this, and I haven't downloaded any apps yet so they couldn't have gotten my info from any unscrupulous apps.I spoke to the representative the first time it called since I thought it was local. The lady I talked to had a thick Indian or Mexican accent (not sure which). The person was obviously trying to make confusing statements and phishing for more information from me. I just played dumb and tried to get more info from her until she hung up. You could hear a guy in the background saying some stuff. I probably won't answer again and see if that takes me off their list. I'm going to contact sprint very soon to file a complaint and see if they have records of the call and whether they can block it. I suspect someone has put malware on our phones and has a direct connection to us so that sprint can't block the number (as others suggested). So much for Apple devices being impervious to viruses/malware. I wonder what other information they can get from my phone?

i got a call from this number, 8656696/unknown right after i got a call from the other weird number that some have mentioned, 7748283686237. i didnt answer either call but was left a voicemail from the 774 number. he said that he was an officer for waco pd and gave me the pd number to call him back on in the message he left. so i called back that number and asked specifically for that officer stating that he was the only one that i needed to talk to and it ended up being a real officer who had indeed tried to call me. not sure why waco pd would be blocking their calls or it would be coming through as either of those 2 numbers. any suggestions?
