Received a phone call from a stalker last night at 9:57 p.m. from 214-969-5489.It is from a payphone that was used in the state of VA. Upon Googling the numberit looks as though it orginates from Dallas Texas, but evidentally is a genericpay phone number. Oy! More call screening.

it's also a payphone in framingham, massachusetts. my buddy just called me from it the other day across the street from me. i couldn't figure it out. thought it was a tx area code. anyway. it is obviously a random number commonly used to hide the true caller id's destination.

It's a rehab number, had multible calls from it, bakersfield california

Its a blackjack number that can be switch up.

It may be a rehab too but it definitely is a payphone # as well since I was called by a friend who was at a payphone in Riggins, Idaho.

It's also a payphone in Thurston County, WA. My daughter just phoned from a restaurant there.

The call from 214 969 5489 is Legitimate..It can be from a pay phone anywhere in the US..Routed through IDT phone services 214 969 5489. My husband called to say he would be 2 hours late travel from SC to NY..He called from Maryland and Pennsylvania. The number was the same both times. If it is from a prison or in the middle of the night ...Its probably from someone you know.

this must be a generic payphone number. my son called from a payphone in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and this was the number that came up on caller id.

214-969-5489 is a payphone,its 1 number directed to any of the same brand payphones in every state..theres no way you could get the same 1 unless u call a trillion times none stop, trust me i know..next time they call [if you know the person] ask them for the number posted in front of them so you could call back, otherwise you cant contact them unless they keep calling you.
