I'm in California..my brother is calling from this number..he is either in a correctional facility or he's calling from a pay phone..If it's asking you to set up an account...most probably he's in jail..or rehab of some sort..or pysch hospital as well..sorry..

I got a call from this # and didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. I was on the internet so I googled it and saw all the comments as I was reading them my dad called who is on the same family plan as me (cingular/AT&T) and said he was getting a collect call from Texas from my brother. (I don't know how they knew my brothers name because he lives in LA and doesn't have a cell phone) but they wanted a credit card from my dad and I asked my dad if it was this number and he said yes I told him they just called me and im reading the google comments right now and its a spam number.one odd thing is that I was just in Dallas yesterdaybut only for about 5 hours.

Well, if you don't know who it is, never give out a credit card number..hey, I wouldn't give it out if I did know who it was!...Those accounts you set up that are legit are automated..you don't have someone on the phone asking you private information...that would be a scam..

i use a reverse phone look up! i was caled around 10am and someone said my wife is trying to make a collect call...and my line doesn't accept it... i new my wife didn't have her cell phone so i said yes. then i was disconnected. never got a call back, so i called the number the first 2 times and it kept on ringing. then i tried the 3rd time and a busy signal.i hope none of my accounts are damaged.
