This number started calling me today while I've been in meetings at work so I can't answer. They never leave a message and when I called back to tell them to stop calling, an automated message comes on & says "thank you for continuining to hold. We appreciate your patience & will be with you shortly." It will just repeat and nobody aswers.

This number keeps calling during my working hours & never answers when I do find a few to answer. I have no idea who they are or what they want, but 4-5 times a day is Ridiculous!

Ugh, these ppl r so annoying! Have a new phone # & I keep getting calls for "Shima". When I say there's no Shima here, please take this # off your list they hang up and try again later.I try to call back and get put in an unending hold pattern. [***].

Calls REPEATEDLY despite constant requests to stop! Now it's just a hangup/no one on the line. Newspaper renewal requests. Just for the fact that they are harrassing us like this, we don't even buy that paper on the newsstand anymore!!

caller trying to sell the burlington county times. I have asked to be removed from their list and they "pretend" to process my request, but they keep calling me anyway.

Got a call from 1-216-589-0214, no message, and wouldn't pick up when I called back.

Called in mid-afternoon. Just didn't answer it. We're on the DNC list too, so this annoys me. We're in NJ. I never give info over the phone unless I initiated the call especially billing / credit card info. If you really want whatever they are selling, seek them out yourself or ask them for their number then check it out. Too many scams these days with the lousy economy and who knows what people are really after after beside your money. Could even be checking to see when and if you are home.

Can you do that?I have traced the number each time it's called but have never been able to block it.The last time... a few minutes ago... I got a real person at the number above (216-589-0200) who asked for the number they had called as I blocked the one I was calling from... & apologized for the call. She also stated that I would be exempt from their list for 5 years... I don't know why I can't be permanently exempt, but I will take the 5 years... beginning 48 hours from now.Thank you, Ralph. :)

Thanks, but no thanks.If I want a paper, I'll pick one up at the box on the corner. I don't need anyone calling to sell me an out of state publication which holds no interest for me.BTW; if you want to reach your "readers" you may have more success by calling LOCAL numbers. :P
