People who owe money to others all seem to have; An attorney, a vast knowledge of Federal laws, the telephone number to BBB, elaborate "certified" letters, an ability to sue, and file class action lawsuits. Things they don’t have; money to pay bills, moral compass, sense of community, accountability to their own actions.

Kinda like the deal was when you bought the item.

They call me no less than 2 times a day. If this is a debt collection agency they need to identify who they are. I have retained a bankruptcy attorney and I have been advised not to talk to debt collection agencies. In the past when I have been told that a particular number is a collector they continue to harrass me even when I tell them I have retained a bankruptcy attorney. Is there any legal recourse to stop these people from harrasssing me.

Bill Collector or Nuisance Call. They give a name that is not recognizable.

They are calling my pre-paid cell phone and probly cost me $10 on the last 2 days....they call at all hours and leave a voice mail each time which in turn costs me 25 cents a minute. I am not the person they are trying to contact or am I associated with them in any way....so they give you a number to call to tell them this and neither one of the numbers would work! So I found out from another site the name of the Law Office this number was associated with and called the 800 number...we will see how well that is going to work!

Just got a call from this number. Thanks to all of you for the information. I did not get any message nor did anyone speak to me. Now I know what to look for when they call again. Again, "Thank" for the infor.

They keep calling. We don't answer or know who they are...??? Shows up on our caller id as Javitch Block E.

Send them a cease communication letter via fax:(216) 623-0190)and keep a DETAILED call log, email me after you have 10 more violation calls after you sent the letter (with proof of fax) and I will show you how to TAKE THEM TO COURT AND WIN. creditinvestigations@gmail.com

They are collecting for Capital one. They are very rude and will not work wth you, either pay up or they will sue you.
