Same thing, says they are investigating several claims against me and I am herby notified and give up my right to dispute any claim and legal action may be filed against me in my jurisdiction. Deleted message & blocked number...
I have been getting this number off and on since December 2017. I have asked for stuff to be mailed etc. but never get anything. Threatening to put a warrant out for my arrest and take money out of my check. I have reported the number but it has not done any good.
Call stating I have judgment against me and if I didn't respond would be picked up. Calls have been for several weeks .Sometimes they just hang up.
Fell for this a few years ago... they just keep coming back - they say I owe for a loan - when I blocked them on my phone they are now CALL MY JOB!!!!

I was called by a person named David Scott claiming to be from the legal department saying I took out a payday loan some time back he could not tell me when or who he just said the company was VIN Capital another fraudulent company. But this was last warning and I have been served and they were going take me to court or pay a smaller amount now, they have called me several times over the past years from different number and locations.
"Justin" got very upset with me when I told him he's a fraud. Told me I should have his lawyer contact them! Harassing me and my parents! It seems we should be able to do more than just write about it on this webpage.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
